Cardiac Risk in the Young (CRY) is the Captain’s charity as every week in the UK at least 12 apparently fit and healthy young (35 and under) people die of undiagnosed heart conditions. CRY strives to prevent these tragedies through a National Screening Programme. The Funding of medical research into young sudden cardiac death and developing the CRY Centre for Sports Cardiology. This is the 8th year that Betchworth Park Golf Club has arranged a PRO-AM in support of the Captains Charity. Since its conception the event has donated more than £30,000 to local charities. The PRO-AM at Betchworth Park is one of the most challenging in Surrey - only the very best golfers score better than par. The PRO-AM also provides excellent exposure for your business in the Surrey area.

Welcome to Betchworth Park Golf Club in Surrey
Betchworth Park Golf Club nestles under the North Downs overlooked by the legendary Box Hill beauty spot. Founded in 1911 and laid out by the distinguished golf course architect Harry S.Colt, this parkland course offers 18 holes of delightful but challenging golf to its members and visitors alike.
Betchworth Park is a members club, run by the members for the benefit of the members and visitors. As well as the mens and ladies sections there is a strong junior club, and very active senior's and mixed sections. The club also runs a very popular and successful academy for new golfers, or those returning to the game after an absence.
Societies and visitors are very welcome, with a variety of packages available.
